Oceana and the Trans-Pacific Partnership
On December 5, 2011, the Wilson Center held an event entitled “Conservation Initiatives in the Trans-Pacific Partnership.”
Ambassador Demetrios Marantis and a panel of speakers, including Oceana’s Assistant General Counsel, Eric Bilsky, discussed how the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement is making strides towards promoting environmental stewardship along with expanding trade.
