  • The Campaign: Responsible Fishing

Overview

Oceana works for concrete policy changes that set science-based limits on the amount of fish allowed to be harvested in U.S. managed fisheries. Overfishing can destroy fishing economies and marine ecosystems. Science-based catch limits allow fish populations to rebuild and thrive, leaving more fish available to be caught, for generations to come.
