Chloe is a Fellow on Oceana’s U.S. Plastics Campaign, based in Washington, D.C., where she works to advance federal and state policies aimed at reducing single-use plastic production.

Chloe has experience across all five of Oceana’s U.S. campaigns, including ending offshore oil drilling and promoting responsible fishing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Studies and Political Science from Vanderbilt University with a minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies. After studying abroad at the Sydney Institute of Marine Science and the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, Chloe knew she wanted to apply her skills to protecting our oceans. Chloe grew up on the California coast, often exploring tidepools or surfing with her dad. In D.C., Chloe can be found playing beach volleyball or enjoying a hike in Rock Creek Park.
