Norman Breuer started at Oceana in September 2022.

Originally from Paraguay, Norman graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education. Growing up in Florida he fell in love with the ocean from an early age and the beach is his absolute favorite place to be. Norman has a deep care, admiration, and passion for nature and all its inhabitants and is excited to contribute to Oceana’s mission to protect the oceans and feed the world. During his free time Norman loves spending time outdoors, hiking, playing guitar, cooking, traveling, and all things Sci-Fi!
