An Assessment of Ecological Value and Vulnerability in the Bering, Chukchi, and Beaufort Seas

An Assessment of Ecological Value and Vulnerability in the Bering, Chukchi, and Beaufort Seas is the product of years of previous work to synthesize available spatial information and evaluate the ecosystems of the Arctic and is a collaboration between Audubon Alaska and Oceana. Building off of the work synthesized in the Ecological Atlas of the Bering, Chukchi, and Beaufort Seas, this new report utilizes a mathematical approach to define ecological values at a variety of scales with the goal of describing important habits from the Aleutian Islands to the Canadian Beaufort.
